Departing from The Newt, just outside Bruton, this 30km route follows quiet lanes through pretty villages towards South Cadbury, with the option of a delicious refreshment break at Teals Cafe after 10km.
Haynes Motor Musuem is well worth a visit and marks the turning point of our route (and the opportunity for another refreshment stop!). We return to our startpoint along tiny lanes towards Castle Cary, with its traditional high street and local shops. With a couple of not-so-cheeky hills in the final 8km, you'll be glad of Turbo mode to whisk you up and back to The Newt!
