This easy 11 mile route involves an hour or so of riding. We can add distance to customise it for you as you wish.

Setting off from the Cheese & Grain car park in the centre of Frome, where we can meet you with your bikes, you head off riding alongside the river Frome and then onto some quiet roads around Frome in the direction of Nunney. Enjoy fantastic rural views as you ride the lovely country route between Frome & the historic Nunney with its medieval castle ruin (& cafe though you might want to save yourself for Palette & Pasture). There's a lovely hill coming up out of Nunney, to test the turbo setting, before crossing under the A361 and towards Trudoxhill and your first food festival stop for a delicious ice cream! (Bike parking available).

Undulate your way through the village of Trudoxhill, taking the road towards West Woodlands. Marston Park is just 2.5miles from Palette & Pasture, on quiet roads. Offering relaxed al fresco refreshments by the lake, with beautiful views and a chilled vibe and music, it is a great place to visit for coffee or to stay longer.

Your return to Frome avoids busy roads until the last minute when we route you back to the Cheese & Grain.
